Our structured placement process includes:

  • Initiation: Establishing initial communication with companies.
  • Date Allotment: Scheduling recruitment processes.
  • Initial Screening: Shortlisting candidates based on eligibility criteria.
  • Preliminary Evaluation: Conducting aptitude tests, group discussions, and other recruitment activities.
  • Final Interviews: Facilitating final rounds of interviews.
  • Selection Announcement: Communicating selection results.
  • Offer Letters: Distributing official offer letters to selected students.
  • Acceptance: Coordinating joining formalities and acceptance of offers.

 

Training Programs

We offer a comprehensive training curriculum to enhance student employability:

  • Year 2: Industry-specific technical training, including 20 hours of value-added training on industry-relevant software.
  • Year 3: Aptitude training and interview preparation, encompassing 40 hours of rigorous aptitude training to sharpen numerical, verbal, reasoning, and analytical skills.
