Our Refund Policy

At Devsthali Vidyapeeth Group of Institutions, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. Our refund policy is outlined below to ensure clarity for students and guardians:

Registration Fee: Non-refundable under all circumstances.

1. Tuition Fee Refund

Before the Semester Starts:

Full refund minus processing charges.

After Semester Start:

No refund will be granted once the academic session starts, except in exceptional cases subject to the discretion of the management.

2. Hostel Fee Refund

Before Occupancy:

Full refund minus processing charges.

After Occupancy:

No refund will be granted once the hostel has been occupied.

3. Transport Fee Refund

Before Service Commencement:

Full refund minus processing charges.

After Service Commencement:

Refunds on a pro-rata basis, calculated based on the duration of service utilized.

5. Special Cases: For medical or other exceptional reasons, refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis with supporting documents.

Refund Request Process: 
Submit a formal request through the administrative office with all necessary details. Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days after approval.
